Saint Andrew's Day at Flore

December 5, 2018

This year Flore Day Nursery embraced the Scottish Tradition of Saint Andrew's Day as the Children took part in a number of Scottish themed activities.

With modern Golf being founded in 15th Century Scotland, Flore decided to create their very own Crazy Golf course! As you can see from the above photos the Children had to figure out the best way to navigate the different obstacles, as well as, utilising their hand and eye coordination in order to hit the ball with adequate speed and power.

Saint Andrew's Day also represented the chance for the children to get creative as they got the opportunity to create Scottish National Flags, as well as, Loch Ness Monsters made out of salt dough.
